What hair do you use and where is it from?
Our extensions are crafted from 100% raw Vietnamese hair, renowned globally for its exceptional strength, natural lustre and longevity.
How are the extensions coloured?
Unlike mass-produced alternatives, all extensions are carefully coloured by skilled hair professionals using a refined bleaching process with high grade colouring products.
How many bundles will I need?
For an install we recommend 3 bundles. For longer lengths, we suggest 4 bundles to achieve the best result. Rest assured, our bundles are full so you're always getting great value.
Do I need to visit a hair colourist?
No, and that's exactly the point! Our extensions arrive pre-coloured and pre-perfected, saving you the time, cost and damage associated with external colourists or at a salon.
How should I wash and care for my extensions?
Wash with a hydrating, colour-safe shampoo and conditioner, detangle gently from ends to roots. Sleep in a silk bonnet where possible and store your hair correctly when not in use. A full care guide is included with every order.
