All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday.

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control.
Your courier will notify you of any applicable charges during transit. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Tones & Strands.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This can be used to follow your parcel's full journey from our hands to yours.
