Our extensions arrive pre-coloured and ready to wear, eliminating the need for any additional colour treatment. However, should you wish to make any further colour changes, please be aware of the following:

• Any chemical alteration performed on your extensions is done entirely at your own risk
• Chemically altering your extensions will immediately void our returns and exchange policy
• We strongly recommend always performing a strand test before applying any colour or chemical treatment
• We advise that any colouring is carried out by a licensed colourist 
• Possible effects to incorrect external colouring processes include dryness, breakage, shedding, matting and tangling - Tones & Strands cannot be held liable for damage resulting from external services
